Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Packaging Condition

We package all products securely. However, minor cosmetic packaging imperfections (such as small dents or scuffs) may occur during shipping and are not considered product damage.

For certain cosmetic products, minor surface dusting may occur during transit and is considered normal unless it affects product usability.

If you believe your product is damaged beyond normal transit wear, please contact us.


Why We Require Damage Reports Within 7 Days

We maintain a 7-day reporting window so we can:

Reports submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we generally do not accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If an item is returned to our fulfillment warehouse:

• The item may be returned to inventory if unopened and resellable

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Orders returned due to:
• Incorrect shipping address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refused packages

Are not eligible for refund.
